Located across from the Poipu Beach Park in the heart of Poipu, Kauai – this two story house features large bay windows, two large lanais (sun decks ) and a 65 inch T.V. entertainment system. Being split level it’s like having two separate places, but you are all in one house. Forget about being in a small hotel room or getting a connecting room with no space.
This house is 2,500 square feet. Lots of room for everyone. Just steps – 100 feet away from the beach. No packing the car, getting everyone together and then forgetting something. You just pick up your towel and go. If you forget something, it’s only steps back. Someone wants to go home and eat. No problem, steps away. Convenience makes this house the relaxing vacation for you and everyone you travel with. Don’t feel like going out for dinner, BBQ on the balcony and dine under the stars. Save money and the headache of getting everyone ready to go for breakfast. Just have breakfast on the lanai (balcony) and sooth your morning to the beautiful colors of the ocean while the ocean waves relax your mind and body. We have a Hot/Cold Shower outside-That’s comfort! Full washer & dryer in case you want to do laundry. Plenty of parking.

You and your guests will be just 100 feet from the beach with ocean views and the soothing sounds of the ocean daily. Poipu Beach has it all: boogie boarding, surfing, paddle boarding, snorkeling, biking, or just hanging out eating a shaved ice.
Conveniently located to shopping and many restaurants. Poipu Beach was recently recognized as the #1 beach in the U.S.A. You can walk or drive to all the new restaurants. Play golf or get a massage. It’s all right at your doorstep.

Home is beautiful and could not be better situated. Right across the street from Poi Pu beach where you can see the turtles come up to rest at night. Boogie board beach is across the street also. Perfect beaches and sunsets. Home is also well appointed. We could not have asked for more.

This property had an amazing view and was in an excellent location. We loved being able to walk to the beach (Brennecke’s and Poipu), as well as dinner and drinks at Brennecke’s. House was perfect for what we needed. We travelled with 6 adults and 2 kids- plenty of space for everyone. The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Great home in a super great location. This home is roomy for everyone and we loved how many hang out options there are. We enjoyed the big deck that is partially covered so it makes sitting outside really nice anytime of day or night. The home is very well appointed with all the things you may need to make. your stay comfortable. We really liked that the bathrooms are all spacious and not cramped. We also loved being able to just walk across the street and see the turtles and monk seals and walk to Kalapacki Joe's for best happy hour and football games. Your host Steve is super fantastic!! We hope to return in the very near future. Love this place!!

Our family trip to Kauai was fabulous and our stay at this home was perfect. We were literally across the street from the beach. This made everything easier with the little ones. The house had ample room for everyone to gather (or nap) and Steve (the host), is a pleasure to work with. He is responsive and informative and just an all around nice guy! As a special note, I rent from VRBO often and one of my pet peeves is the lack of towels in many homes. This home not only had more then enough towels, they were also great quality. The house also had all the beach equipment needed, including snorkeling gear. Often it is the little things - along with the big things, that make the difference. I highly recommend this property! We are already talking about our next trip!!!

Although I’d been to Hawaii this was my first time on Kauai and I’m glad we experienced it in this home. While there were some small things in need of repair this is a beautiful home in an amazing location. The beach is just across the street and you have great views from the wrap around deck. Plenty of room for our group of 6 adults. The homeowner is great! I had the pleasure of meeting him and when I needed something he was on it right away. Would stay here again
